At Sanitizebrush, we ship toilet brushes, holders, and bathroom cleaning accessories directly to customers across the contiguous United States. This page explains exactly how our shipping works — what it costs, how long it takes, and what happens if something goes wrong in transit.
Shipping Destinations & Limitations
We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only. At this time, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands), or internationally.
P.O. Boxes: We are currently unable to guarantee delivery to P.O. Box addresses due to carrier routing and package-size limitations. If your order is returned due to an undeliverable P.O. Box address, re-shipping fees will apply.
APO, FPO, and DPO Military Addresses: Due to logistics routing constraints and address verification limitations specific to the military mailing network, we are currently unable to process shipments to these addresses. We are actively working with our logistics partners to find viable routing solutions to support our military customers in the future.

Shipping Rates & Costs
We keep our shipping fees straightforward. What you see at checkout is what you pay — no hidden fees and no fuel surcharges:
Free Shipping: Orders of $43.00 or more (before taxes) ship free.
Standard Flat Rate: Orders totaling less than $43.00 are charged a flat shipping fee of $6.00 at checkout.
Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping destination.
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
Order Processing Time + Transit Time = Total Estimated Delivery
Here is how our timeline breaks down:
Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days (orders are reviewed, prepared, and handed off to the carrier).
Transit Time: 3–8 business days (time in transit from carrier pickup to delivery).
Total Estimated Delivery: 4–11 business days from the date of order.
Daily Order Cutoff Time: 3:00 PM (CST). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Note: These are estimates. Actual delivery dates may vary based on carrier load, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking & Split Shipments
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to activate in the carrier’s system.
Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on your location and order size. If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages and arrive on different days. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment at no additional charge.
Address Accuracy & Missing Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an incorrect or incomplete address causes a package to be returned, undeliverable, or lost, Sanitizebrush is not responsible for the resulting delay or loss. Re-shipping fees will apply for packages returned due to address errors.
If your tracking information shows Delivered but you have not received your package:
Check with neighbors and in any secure parcel areas at your address.
Keep the original packaging — it may be required for a carrier claim.
Claims reported after 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date may not be eligible for replacement or refund. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve documented transit damage as quickly as possible.
